Radziwiłł Map of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (1613) — “Maldis” Edition.
VIP giclée reproduction, numbered 1–100.
This is a high-quality giclée copy of the famous 1613 Radziwiłł Map — one of the most important historical maps of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.
The “Maldis” copy was acquired in 2024 thanks to donations from the MALDZIS community and represents an early atlas edition of the map.
Created under the patronage of Prince Mikołaj Krzysztof Radziwiłł “Sierotka” and based on the work of Nesvizh engraver Tomasz Makowski, the map depicts over 1000 settlements across the GDL and neighbouring lands.
The 1613 Amsterdam edition by Dutch engraver Hessel Gerritsz made it known across Europe and remains a valuable historical source today.
