Delivery and returns

Can I collect my order somewhere offline?

No. We do not offer offline pick-up. All orders are delivered via courier services through Apaczka.pl.

Where do you deliver?

We ship from Poland to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

We currently do not ship to Belarus, Russia, or destinations restricted by courier availability.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • destination country
  • weight and dimensions
  • selected shipping method

Some partner-fulfilled products may have individual shipping rates.

How quickly will I receive my package?

Delivery times:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (up to 5 for partner items)
  • Poland: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • European Union: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or courier disruptions.

What should I do if I haven't received my order within the expected timeframe?

Please:

  1. Check your tracking link
  2. Confirm that your delivery address is correct
  3. Contact us at store@dzikpic.io within 7 days of the expected delivery date

We will initiate an investigation with the courier.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period, starting from the day you receive your item.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • unused
  • unwashed
  • in original packaging
  • with all tags attached

To start a return, contact us at store@dzikpic.io and wait for instructions.
Do not send items back without prior confirmation.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?
  • For EU customers: No additional duties apply.
  • For non-EU destinations (if available in the future): customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees required by local authorities.

Gift cards

How do gift cards work?

When you purchase a gift card, you receive an email with a unique digital code that can be used during checkout.

Are gift cards physical items?

No. Our gift cards are digital only. You can print the email if you want to give it physically.

How can I use my gift card?
  • It can be redeemed only at store.dzikpic.io
  • If the order total exceeds the card value, you may pay the difference
  • Remaining balance stays on the card after each transaction
Are gift cards refundable?

No. All gift cards are non-refundable.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Do you offer B2B or wholesale?

No. We currently operate only in a B2C retail model and do not provide B2B sales or wholesale agreements.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes — all customers receive a standard receipt/invoice automatically.
We do not issue VAT invoices for B2B purposes, as we do not provide B2B sales.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices shown on the website are final consumer prices and include Polish VAT, where applicable. This is required under Polish and EU law.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our apparel and merchandise are produced by certified manufacturers located in Poland and the European Union. Products created by partner brands specify their origin on the product page.
