This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased at Dzik Pic Store (“we”, “us”, “our”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law (including EU consumer law).
We operate from Poland and ship locally and internationally via our logistics partner Apaczka.pl, which provides access to multiple courier services.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Certain products fulfilled by partners (drop-shipping) may require extended processing time of up to 5 business days.

If we anticipate longer processing times, we will notify you by email. Processing time does not include transit time.

2. Domestic Shipping (Poland)

Domestic shipments within Poland are delivered via Apaczka.pl courier partners (e.g., InPost, DPD, DHL, FedEx).

Estimated delivery time:

  • 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier disruptions or events outside our reasonable control.

3. International Shipping — European Union

We ship to the following EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

International shipments are handled through Apaczka.pl using the most optimal courier service available for each destination.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 3–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier availability.

Please note that unforeseen customs or courier delays may extend delivery times. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination country

  • total weight and dimensions of the order

  • selected shipping method

Some products fulfilled by partners may have individual shipping rates due to their packaging or origin.

5. Order Tracking

All shipped orders include a tracking number provided by the courier.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the parcel has been dispatched.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For EU destinations, no additional customs duties apply.

For non-EU shipments (if/when available), customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

7. Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments)

If your shipment is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will initiate an inquiry with the courier via Apaczka.pl.

  • Claims for damaged or missing items must include photo documentation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, courier disruptions, or force majeure events.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • additional shipping fees may apply,

  • reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
If a refund is issued in such cases, it will normally exclude the original shipping costs, except where applicable consumer law requires us to refund those costs (for example, when you validly exercise your EU legal right of withdrawal). For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

10. Countries We Do Not Ship To

We currently do not ship to:

  • Belarus

  • Russia

  • Countries restricted by courier availability or trade regulations
