Refund policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws (including your legal right of withdrawal in the European Union, where applicable).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at store@dzikpic.io. Please do not send any items back before you receive return instructions from us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and instructions on how to send your package.

For change-of-mind returns (when the item is not defective and you simply don’t want it anymore), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and, where available, provide a prepaid return label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For delivery issues (such as lost or significantly delayed shipments), please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalised products, digital products after access has been provided, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal in the European Union.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When you exercise this right, we will refund the price of the items and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option we offered. You will need to cover the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product.

If you decide to cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days from the day you receive the items. You should then send the items back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you notified us of your decision to cancel.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
